ROLES NEEDED!!!!
Manager: The operational leader manages all staff, the budget, and executes the strategic plan.
Treasurer: Legally responsible for bookkeeping and ensuring the campaign adheres to all finance laws and reporting deadlines.
Communications Director: Oversees all public messaging and media relations.
Scheduler: Manages the candidate's complex schedule, prioritizes events, and handles logistics for all public appearances.
Social Media Team: Manages all online and in-person presence, digital advertising, and email/text programs.
Political Director: Manages relationships with key political figures, party organizations, and influential groups.
Praise/Worship Team
Canvasser: Goes door-to-door to talk with voters, identify supporters, and persuade undecided voters.
Phone/Text Banker: Makes calls or sends texts to voters to share information, identify support, or ask them to vote.
Merch Team: Handle flyers, t-shirts, and other campaign gear
Event Host: Welcomes attendees at rallies, town halls, or fundraising events.
Security: protecting the candidate, staff, volunteers, campaign assets (data/property), and the integrity of the process itself.
Voter Registration Volunteer: Works at community sites to register new voters.
